
A Silver Spring, Maryland, man pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud in connection with a scheme that billed D.C. Medicaid for mental health services that were never provided or were grossly inflated, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro announced.
