I have to believe part of the skepticism springs from the ‘young’ fellow whose mother – and God bless her – called the feds to let them know what Junior and his little friends were planning.
The universal reaction was not horror at the revelation of a young, murderous criminal mastermind, but that a nineteen-year-old looked like a fifty-six-year-old barfly who spent too much time in cigarette-smoke-fogged truck stop backrooms with strippers and bad air filtration systems.
A 19-year-old Ohio man arrested for the alleged terror plot against UFC Freedom 250 has been identified … and authorities say he called out his alleged co-conspirators during an interview with them.

The plot had all the makings of a Kiefer Sutherland TV series except for the real-life, unattractive stars. I mean, drones, snipers, diversions, explosions, mass casualties, THE WHITE HOUSE!!!
Federal officials have charged multiple people who they claim discussed plots to attack the UFC fight night event at the White House, including by using drones and a gunman.
A team including the Secret Service and FBI uncovered messages discussing the plot between multiple individuals, according to criminal complaints against five people unsealed Tuesday.
According to a criminal complaint against one of the alleged plotters, the mother of one of the defendants — 19-year-old Tycen Proper — called local police on June 10, saying she was “was concerned about her son” because of his recent conduct, which included buying guns and communicating with a group of radicals online.
Proper’s mother had also seen her son researching mapping locations in Washington, DC, near the White House, according to the complaint, and told officers that her son had said the group was looking at multiple locations for “recon” and “hit and run missions.”
Lots of planning went into this thing, and Proper was tied into a shadowy online group who seemed to be either coordinating, encouraging or both.
…Law enforcement later searched Proper’s home and found a chat with detailed imagery of DC, which highlighted sniper locations and “potential drone launch locations, and other detailed tactical planning.”
Proper’s father, meanwhile, told officers his son had been planning to leave to meet up with the individuals over the weekend of the UFC fight and had also recently amassed “gear, food, ballistic plates, a new shotgun, a rifle, ‘lots’ of ammunition, extra magazines, and plate carriers” with his recent graduation money, the complaint against Proper states.
The firearms included an AR-15 style rifle and a bullpup rifle – which houses certain mechanisms like the magazine behind the gun’s trigger – painted with an American flag.
The FBI snatched a bunch of those fellows up as well. They’d all meet up online and break off into these little twisted ‘assignment’ groups.
Were they larping or for #realz? I wouldn’t want to be the one who found out the hard way.
…According to court documents, Proper started communicating with the group, “Vanguard of the Old” in March 2026 through TikTok, later moving to private messaging applications. Members of the group, according to law enforcement, believed the US needed to be destroyed and rebuilt.
The primary private chat included 19 people, with other smaller groups breaking off in different chats based on assigned roles like shooters and shooting locations, the complaint says. Some members allegedly discussed using the Potomac River as an escape route following an attack.
Proper identified other members of the group when interviewed by the FBI, according to court records, who were quickly investigated and arrested by law enforcement.
Two alleged co-conspirators were arrested in California with two others arrested in Nebraska and Missouri. Each have been charged with conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States.
Once on private messaging apps, the group including Proper began planning a trip to DC the weekend of the fight. Proper, however, said he was going to a protest but not to shoot people, adding that several other members of the group were “intent on violence,” according to the complaint.
Leftists are trying to paint the plotters as ‘right wing,’ of course, but every single name on their target list is a conservative or Republican, particularly the Israel supporter aspect of the criteria necessary for these losers to notice you.
And again, the people dismissing this as just so much LARP drama are the same ones who had a rodeo clown in an Obama mask arrested for practically subverting the Constitution.
As Gutfeld says, it’s left-wing rhetoric, but old socialists mouthing it who couldn’t be bothered to get off the couch. That makes it easy for them to be shocked when some young guy acts on their hate speech.

What I did find intriguing was an item that came out yesterday afternoon, and I don’t see where it got a lot of press. It said the mastermind of the operation, the well-worn face of which all this time has been 19-year-old Tycen Proper, was actually a fellow in Omaha, Nebraska.
Who is a 31-year-old ‘non-citizen‘ named Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez.

Announcing the arrest of five suspects in the foiled plot to attack the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House on Sunday, the U.S. Department of Justice said Tuesday that an Omaha man taken into custody was the mastermind behind the whole conspiracy.
Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, 31, of Omaha was arrested Sunday in a raid on an old church in the small town of Western, Neb. According to federal court records filed Tuesday, Alvarez is not a U.S. citizen.
“From his home here in Nebraska, Alvarez allegedly directed and recruited others across the country to conduct a horrific attack against government officials in a mass casualty event. Our team worked around the clock to locate and apprehend Alvarez, take him into custody, and collect crucial evidence,” Special Agent in Charge Eugene Kowel of the FBI Omaha field office said in Tuesday release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
He owned what he thought would be the ‘safe zone’ for his fellow potential mass murderers.
…Alvarez was taken into custody after a raid Sunday at an old church in Western, Neb., located in Saline County. The DOJ said he had intended the location to be the “safe zone” for the group he was allegedly leading. Records show that he owns the church building where the raid took place, listing an apartment south of 115th Street and West Dodge Road as his primary residence on the deed.
It all started out as testosterone-fueled online posturing, and the next thing you know…
…In a message to the group on May 23, per court records, Thomas described the four tiers of the group’s membership, saying “We will all sacrifice for tier one operators.”
“Tier 1 operators” were the ones who would “put themselves in harm’s way, break the law, and potentially go into hiding.” Tier 2 members would serve as getaway drivers and drone operators — and “may still be asked to seriously break the law,” including potentially breaking people out of jail. Tier 3 would serve as runners or “part of an Underground Railroad,” providing logistical and indirect support as well as tech and other supplies, “still actively contributing, but most likely safe from legal issues.” Tier 4 would — who wouldn’t be asked to take any personal risks — would consist of social media influencers, funders, press, and other followers.
According to court records, Proper told authorities the two of them connected after Alvarez posted on TikTok about the UFC Freedom 250 event happening at the White House. Eventually, they moved the conversation to the encrypted messaging app Signal, where investigators say plans for the attack were coordinated. Authorities also found several social media posts on accounts they tied to the suspects showing firearms and other tactical training.

…According to court records, Proper said the group would meet up in Fredericksburg, Va., and use drones during a demonstration to blow up the north side of the UFC arena built outside the White House, then shoot the crowd as they evacuated to the south. The snipers would focus on high-value targets, like wealthy people and politicians, in order to jumpstart a revolution, the documents state, listing top targets as President Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Tesla/SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, and multiple members of Congress. Messages in the e-communications identified Sens. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Jim Justice (R-W. Va.), Shelley Moore Capito (R-W. Va.), and Reps. Carol Miller (R-W. Va.) and Riley Moore (R-W. Va.), as potential targets as they were recipients of AIPAC funds.
While Thomas told authorities he planned the UFC Freedom 250, according to court records, Alvarez allegedly posted a large portion of the planning information and provided direction to the other members in the chat group. There were also discussions on locations for snipers and drones, including where to fall back after the attack, noting that the Thomas Jefferson memorial offered the “cleanest route to exfiltrate from the area” and that some in the group would exit the area along the Potomac River.
Records show and had taken part in conversations about possible targets and a “trigger event,” encouraging the group to focus on “someone that can’t be easily turned into a right vs left thing we want someone both sides would celebrate… someone both sides would cheer and support us for taking out.” Eskridge also told authorities that he thought half the military and potentially about 3% of the population would join their cause.
There was also talk of a “second wave” of the plot involving power grids. Investigators said Alvarez noted in messages that “several actions and militia have been notified. They will be the teeth and the Shepherds,” records state. In a message on June 12, Alvarez said the fallback location would be an old church in Nebraska, and included a Google Streetview photo of the building, documents show.
HOLY CRAP
There are lonely, not-so-attractive, incredibly intelligent, but still absolutely suckers born every day. And you have to wonder, not knowing any more about this ‘non-citizen’ that I do right now, if that isn’t why he was here to begin with.
To harvest these sad, lost, insular souls, who but for their awkward circumstances would be truly productive members of society. Instead, they are isolated basement dwellers. Drawn into fantasy worlds of games or conspiracies because they do have such active minds, and no physical social outlet – no face-to-face contacts – to have reality bounce life back at them. No human interaction. Voices, emotions, tones. Only the screen, and it always agrees and feeds it.
And they gather online with like souls to affirm their uniqueness – they don’t feel so alone that way – and bond with fellow solitary travelers.
A ‘mastermind’ always seems to know where to find them, and their vulnerability is so easy to exploit.
I don’t know that’s what the case is here – that a foreigner in the country was planted here (or here and contacted later) specifically to gather a flock of easily swayed lost boy/men.
But… man.
