In mid-February, smack in the middle of the media hysteria over the tragically still missing Nancy Guthrie, I told you all a tale of a missing Guatemalan family in our neck of the woods.
There was no fanfare, of course. No national media cared that a hardworking mother, her seventeen-year-old daughter, and two year old son had seemingly vanished off the face of the earth, because they lived in that shadow world that illegals inhabit. Most don’t even know who is here, let alone when they go missing.
But people did know that this little family had poofed out of existence, and, to their great credit, the Mobile County Sheriff, the local FBI office, and the Baldwin County Sheriff gave finding them every priority afforded to any other family.
They never let up.
All we knew at that juncture was that this man, Juan Carlos Argueta-Guerra, and another had been arrested as suspects in the kidnappings, and that Guerra was illegal.
And these are the scum that the Democrats are fighting for … utterly DISGUSTING

Last Wednesday, these dogged investigators found the bodies of the little family, and, as hardened law enforcement as they all are, they were still horrified at the violence implied at the scene. The Sheriff has no way of knowing yet if they were still alive when they reached the wooded area where their mutilated remains were found.
Authorities say the bodies of a missing Theodore mother and her two children were discovered Wednesday in Baldwin County, buried together in a wooded area off Downing Road in Summerdale. . The criminal complaint states they were wrapped in plastic and bedding before being buried. The victims have been identified as 40-year-old Aurelia Choc, her 17-year-old daughter Niurka Zuleta Choc, and her 2-year-old son Anthony Garcia Choc.
“This is a horrific and gruesome murder,” said Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood.
The criminal complaint states the family was killed with an “edged weapon.” Investigators say Anthony suffered sharp-force trauma to the head, and Aurelia sustained sharp-force injuries to the chest and back. The motive for the killings remains under investigation.
“What motive would there be for killing a 2-year-old? We don’t know,” Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch said during a press conference on Thursday.
Sheriff Burch previously said there were no signs of forced entry at the Theodore home. However, investigators found blood throughout the house and evidence of a struggle. Authorities also said a mattress and a clothes hamper were missing from the home, while the victims’ cell phones and cash were left behind.
The White House has offered its support in whatever way it can.
…Burch said Sheriff’s Office staff and civilians involved in the investigation have access to mental health counseling resources, including services offered through the FBI.
The White House contacted investigators Thursday morning to offer the full support of the U.S. government, Burch said, noting the call delayed the start of the press conference.
Mobile County and the state of Alabama are going for the death penalty.
…Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood said Hector Gamiliel Argueta Guerra, who is already being held in the Metro Jail on charges of kidnapping, will now also be charged with three counts of capital murder during the course of a kidnapping, three counts of capital murder during the course of a burglary, capital murder for the death of two or more people, capital murder for the murder of a child under the age of 14, three counts of abuse of a corpse and obstruction of justice for giving a false identification to law enforcement to prevent an investigation.
“This is a horrific and gruesome murder, and the state will seek the death penalty in this case,” Blackwood said.
It’s what’s being revealed about the man who is accused of these most heinous murders that should have every American gnashing their teeth and cursing the Biden administration.
Argueta-Guerra was illegal, alright. He even had an order of deportation, but that mattered not a whit to the Biden administration, which had a fondness for illegal foreign males that seems to have held over to the current crop of criminal-alien-loving Democrats.
It turns out that Argueta-Guerra was a hardcore criminal in his own country before he ever set foot in the United States. And the one chance the feds had to remove this murderous creature, this known danger to society, they squandered for #feelingz. Their progressive compassion for the worst human beings among us has left a little family butchered, their pieces wrapped in plastic, and dumped in lonely Alabama scrub woods.
A certified member of the Sureños transnational gang who had been ordered deported but was released by federal immigration authorities in 2021 now faces capital murder charges in the deaths of an Alabama mother and her two children whose bodies were recovered in a lightly wooded field in Baldwin County.
Hector Gamiliel Argueta Guerra, 27, of El Salvador, also known as “Gama,” was already in custody at Metro Jail on kidnapping charges when Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood announced the upgraded charges Thursday.
…Argueta Guerra has a lengthy and violent criminal history spanning more than a decade in El Salvador.
In April 2015, Juvenile Court No. 1 in Santa Tecla, La Libertad issued a location order against him related to an attempted aggravated homicide.
In October 2016, a justice of the peace court issued a judicial detention order for terrorism-related conduct with special aggravating factors.
In April 2018, a specialized instruction court issued another detention order for participation in a terrorist organization, an order that remains active.
A second active detention order for participation in a terrorist organization was issued in July 2024.
Despite that record, Argueta Guerra was released inside the United States in 2021 after previously being ordered deported, Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch said.
How many of today’s Democratic politicians are going to be knocking each other over in the race to hold this savage’s, this Salvadoran man’s hand?
🚨 Illegal alien Hector Argueta-Guerra has been charged with three counts of Capitol M*rder after family’s bodies found in Mobile County, Alabama.
According to the DA, the autopsy results were ‘horrific’ and ‘gruesome’.

Frankly, he’s had almost five years here. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a bigger body count yet to be discovered.
And it all can be laid at the feet of whoever it was that let Argueta-Guerra walk freely into the country, knowing who and what he was as they did.
The question we need an answer to, which no one really wants to know the answer to. How many Argueta-Guerras are there lurking in the shadows, in fields and scrub woods on the edges of communities, or in the deepest hearts of the poorest parts of our cities and towns?
Or in the beater parked next to ours at the grocery store?
How many soldiers of a darker world have they turned loose on us? God knows we’ve got enough of our own – we hardly need to import any.
Explain to me why the hell we should tolerate any weepy progressive pushback when they are scooped up for removal like the toxic refuse they are?
‘Little lives matter‘ is what I wrote a month ago.
And those little lives include ours, dammit.
