Trump is INSANE! He says he will drop nuclear weapons and kill all Iranians!
All day yesterday, all the Best™ people were insisting that Donald Trump had to be removed from office because he was going to drop nukes. There were calls for a military mutiny, dire warnings about World War III, loud screams of WAR CRIMES!!!!
Are you ready to abase yourself now that Trump has negotiated a ceasefire rather than nuking Iran? Trump was NEVER going to nuke Iran. Any serious person knew that. It is shameful that you participated in this ridiculous charade.

I was feeling a bit peppy, so I challenged a couple of people to large bets that Trump would not nuke Iran, and, of course, nobody would take me up on it. They were thrilled to make the accusation, but knew they were just part of a psychological operation.
“Trump is a madman who will nuke everyone and must be removed from office!”
“Also, he’s a big chicken for not nuking everyone like I said he would!”
If you actually believed the first thing with any seriousness, you’d never say the second thing. https://t.co/2V4X0YLpNu

Now that Trump has negotiated some sort of cease-fire—nobody actually knows the terms, but that hasn’t stopped many people from claiming he has given the Iranians everything they wanted, of course—the script is totally flipped.
Now, Trump is chicken because he DIDN’T nuke Iran.
Not surprisingly, Jimmy Kimmel calls the Iran ceasefire “The Taco Tuesday of all Taco Tuesdays.”
JIMMY KIMMEL: So all day today, everyone, most notably the people of Iran, were wondering if their civilization was going to die tonight. Well, good news, it didn’t. It was the Taco… pic.twitter.com/2XOULNsaAj

What’s more, it’s EVERYBODY who opposes Trump saying the exact same thing. Bill Kristol and Nick Fuentes are on the same team. Team Never Trump, along with every left-wing Expert™ who is oh-so-serious and thoughtful.

Others and I predicted precisely this, not because we are geniuses, but because it was so obvious to anybody not blinded by hatred of Trump. Trump was amping up the pressure to maximum, and no doubt there were huge fights inside Iran between those who said “Trump’s bluffing!” and those who responded “Maybe, but what if he is NOT?”
When Trump doesn’t nuke Iran tonight, all the people screaming he’s about to commit genocide will seamlessly shift to posting “Taco Tuesday” memes and claiming he chickened out.
It’s all a game to these people.

The Iranians didn’t have to know that Trump was going to follow through; they had to know that he MIGHT follow through, and that the costs were so high that the risk wasn’t worth it.
Predictably as the tides, the people who spent much of the day screaming that Trump’s a madman intent on committing genocide and other “war crimes” are chanting “TACO” and calling Trump a coward for signaling a cease fire https://t.co/HDGt9nGdVg pic.twitter.com/B2sSCFcLIX

These people, at least not all of these people, are not this stupid. They knew that Trump was not going to nuke Iran, just as they knew that Trump’s bombing bridges and power plants would not be a war crime. Mark Kelly was a pilot in the Gulf War, and he took part in the bombing of bridges and power plants.
Monday: TACO
Tuesday: Trump is going to nuke 90 million people
Wednesday: TACO
Thursday: Nuclear Armageddon
Friday: TACO
Saturday: End of civilization
Sunday: TACO https://t.co/30pR653NQG— Hans Mahncke (@HansMahncke) April 8, 2026
Somebody should ask Mark Kelly whether he is a war criminal. You can bet that few reporters would even dare, because they are all part of the same psyop.
If all of this is so obvious, why do so many people believe it?
CNN right before we hit Iran’s nuclear facilities last year: There is no need for this. Iran isn’t close to having a nuclear weapon.
CNN immediately after last year’s strike: The mission failed, Iran is closer than ever to having a nuclear weapon.

Spoiler alert. This is how Democrats/MSM will be, with everything, for the next three years. It’s exactly how they were on everything Trump did during his first five years.
Simple: the intellectual whiplash actually unmoors people to the point where they have no point of reference other than “Trump bad.” Seriously. It is the only consistent thread, and people who take their information primarily through the Pravda media grasp onto the one piece of solid ground.
All of a sudden the “intelligence” says that Iran was not a threat and was not close to being able to develop a nuclear weapon.

You and I, because we already know that anything these people say is purely instrumental, know that they will say whatever serves their purpose at that moment. Many people still believe they are actually telling the truth. The credentialed class believes in the credentialed.
> Trump is going to drop nuclear bombs and commit a heckin’ GENOCIDE
> Okay he didn’t do that, but mean words are still IMPEACHABLE https://t.co/yS1WbbMBOJ pic.twitter.com/uzkqTY7jQU

The left works ceaselessly to unmoor people from reality. That is the point of all the wordplay. It is why words have no definition at all. “Misgendering” is “genocide.” Conducting a war is “genocide.” Actual genocide is “resistance.”
It’s why they can’t define “women.” If there is a solid point of reference, you can have an argument. If they get to define the terms whenever they want, you are defenseless. They set the frame, they win the game.
You’d be surprised at how many people this works on.
