
D.C. police said Saturday that one man was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting in Southeast.
Metropolitan Police said the fatal shooting occurred around 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the 3500 block of 22nd Street SE.
Authorities said officers found the three men suffering gunshot wounds.
One man was declared dead on site, while the other two were taken to a hospital for their injuries. Police said one of the wounded men was unconscious and not breathing, and the other was awake and breathing.
Officials didn’t share the identity of the slain victim.
Investigators are looking for a dark-colored sedan in connection with the shooting. The vehicle was last seen on Southern Avenue at the D.C.-Maryland border.
