Country rocker and rapper Kid Rock claimed Thursday that liberal women are to blame for America’s declining birth rate because, in his words, “no guy wants to sleep” with them.
Appearing on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime,” the 54-year-old musician responded to a clip of left-wing protesters by riffing on their appearance and politics.
“You look at these rallies,” Kid Rock said, “and it’s like a bunch of women that no guy wants to sleep with and a bunch of dudes that want to sleep with each other.”
He added: “We have this low birth rate in America, and it all made sense. It just hit me right now, because who’s gonna sleep with these ugly ass, broke, crazy, deranged, TDS [Trump Derangement Syndrome] liberal women?”
Mr. Watters asked the singer — born Robert Ritchie — whether he ever sees “blue hair” and “female armpit hair” in his concert crowds.
“Some of these people we’re looking at, Kid, I don’t know,” the host joked.
Later in the interview, the two discussed former FBI Director James B. Comey’s now-deleted “8647” social media post, which critics, including the White House, interpreted as a coded reference to violence against former President Donald Trump.
“The head of the FBI — he doesn’t know what 86 somebody means?” Kid Rock said. “I mean, this guy was either drunk, or he’s clearly got TDS at the highest levels because Trump handed his ass to him.”
“I might send out a drunk tweet, all right? I’m in a rock band for crying out loud,” he continued. “This guy’s the head of the FBI. Trump had an assassination attempt twice on him. It’s like, what is the freaking matter with these people?”
This comes as Mr. Ritchie’s Nashville restaurant, Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse, reportedly shut its doors over the weekend during a sweep by federal immigration authorities.
According to the Nashville Scene, the downtown hotspot closed after undocumented workers failed to show up or were instructed to leave ahead of ICE raids, leaving the restaurant understaffed on one of its busiest nights.
