New Video: Target’s ‘Granny Jeanie’ Gives Homerun 1st Interview After Woke Woman’s Attack

We should have known that she would turn the other cheek. After all, she did it once already when she thought no one was watching.

Now, having done it a second time, elderly Target employee Jeanie Beeman deserves the nickname “America’s Grandma.”

In an interview with Keith Jougantos of KRCR-TV in northern California, Beeman showed remarkable magnanimity toward health-care employee Michelea Ponce, the woke lunatic who recently accosted Beeman inside a Target store in Chico, CA, where the elderly woman works, and berated Beeman for wearing a red “Freedom” t-shirt similar in style to the one that slain conservative Christian icon Charlie Kirk wore on the day of his assassination.

“Two wrongs don’t make a right,” Beeman said in a clip posted to the social media platform X.

The elderly employee referred to those who might want Ponce to lose her job as a nurse at Enloe Health.

“I mean, I’ve always told my girls since they were growing up, you know — me wanting her to lose her job or go to jail or anything, that’s not right, it’s not, to my point of view, it’s not humanly right,” Beeman added.

The elderly woman then showed the kind of empathy to Ponce that Ponce refused to show her.

“She made a mistake,” Beeman continued. “She’s paying for it, I guess, with all the publicity that went the opposite way I think of what she thought it would go.”

Ponce recently approached Beeman in Target, where the elderly woman minded her own business as she worked.

“They let you wear that shirt here?” the woke lunatic asked in another video posted to X.

“Yes,” Beeman replied. “Why? Why are you taking my picture?”

Ponce had the audacity to film Beeman from the front and back before continuing to question and berate the elderly woman.

“Are you f****** stupid?” Ponce asked after referring to the “Charlie Kirk shirt.”

Poor Beeman kept her cool.

“You support a racist,” Ponce insisted moments later.

“It’s not racist,” Beeman calmly replied.

Although the woke lunatic continued to berate her — using vulgarity and complaining that managers should not allow her to wear that shirt at work — Beeman maintained her poise, insisted she would not debate Ponce, and several times tried to walk away after wishing her verbal assailant a “nice day.”

WARNING: The following video contains profanity

Of course, so much of this story rings sadly familiar.

We have, for instance, more lies about Kirk’s “racism.” Democrat leaders, including former President Barack Obama, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, and Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas, spewed those lies in the weeks following Kirk’s assassination, and they have stuck.

Likewise, we have another unhinged liberal woman unable to see in herself the very thing she professes to oppose. Watch those videos again, and ask yourself who harbors more hatred in her heart, Ponce or Beeman?

Above all, however, we praise God for turning this ugly incident to good. A GiveSendGo account, created in the aftermath of the incident going viral, allowed outraged Americans to show Beeman their love in the form of donations. As of Friday morning, that initiative had raised more than $252,000.

Beeman deserves every penny of it. After all, she turned the other cheek precisely the way Jesus commanded us — that is, she refused to answer Ponce’s hatred with hatred. And the elderly woman responded that way not only in the KRCR interview but during the incident itself.

In short, three cheers for America’s Grandma.
