This was the surveillance video they released last evening, of the shadowy figure on the roof who’d been seen in the early videos…

…actually letting himself off the rooftop. You can see where he injures his leg as he hits the ground. He then limps off towards the parking lot (and, yes, I’m assuming gender here).

This dovetails perfectly with what we had assumed happened when we saw the earlier neighborhood video of a black-clad figured limping its way down a street.

At first, everyone thought the individual was heading towards campus, but this turned out to have been taken in the aftermath of Kirk’s assassination.
Alright.
I had a feeling this wasn’t going to take long, between the really terrifc surveillance system on campus, the good pictures they got of this guy, and even the 4chan autistics working feverishly hunting down people the way only they can do.
If 4Chan ID’d the shooter faster than the FBI…that would be…something.
