Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith step out arm-in-arm in Paris with son Jaden

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith made a rare joint public appearance Monday evening, linking arms as they stepped out in Paris with their son Jaden Smith for a family dinner with friends at Loulou restaurant on Monday.

The outing marked another public appearance for the family, coming months after Will, 57, and Jada, 54, reunited in Paris in January to support Jaden’s debut as Christian Louboutin’s men’s creative director.

The Paris sighting comes as a legal dispute involving a former Smith family associate continues to play out in court. According to Complex, Bilaal Salaam, a former friend of Mr. Smith who sued Ms. Pinkett Smith for alleged emotional distress, has asked a California court to reconsider an order requiring him to pay her $32,836 in attorney fees. In court documents obtained by TMZ, Mr. Salaam said he is “certified homeless,” receives welfare benefits and is unable to pay the judgment, requesting the amount be reduced or a payment plan arranged.

Separately, Mr. Smith’s ex-wife, Sheree Zampino, filed a lawsuit against Mr. Salaam last month over statements he made in an interview with blogger Tasha K, alleging he made disparaging and defamatory remarks about her.

Though the Smiths have been legally married since 1997, Ms. Pinkett Smith revealed in her 2023 memoir “Worthy” that she and Mr. Smith had been living separately since 2016 — and that divorce was never part of the plan. Ms. Pinkett Smith has said she made a promise that there would “never be a reason for us to get a divorce,” adding: “We will work through whatever.”
