Senator Mark Kelly Is Full of …It – HotAir

If you believe a Democrat when he is talking, you are deluded.

Sure, I am a Republican, so you have every reason to be skeptical when I say something like that. I am not disinterested. I have a stake in whether you believe Democrats or not. You have every reason to be skeptical of me on this point.

But…Evidence shows that even the seemingly most benign and moderate Democrats will, in the service of The Narrative™, spout the most ridiculous lies. It doesn’t even matter that the lies are easily refuted, because far more people hear the lie than the refutation, and the media will never hold them to account.

I mean, come on. How can you take this man seriously?

Sure, Seditious Mark Kelly isn’t all Democrats. But then again, Mark Kelly is supposed to be one of the moderate Democrats whom you can take seriously, unlike Swalwell or Schiff. He is above reproach, which is why he was chosen to be a member of the Seditious Six. An American hero. One of the unimpeachable good guys, right?

Uh, really? He is willing to sit in front of  an audience and tell people something that is quite provably wrong, with the full expectation that nobody in the Pravda Media will question it.

In May 2011, Mark Kelly commanded the final flight of Space Shuttle Endeavour on STS-134, leading a crew of six astronauts including Gregory Johnson, Michael Fincke, Greg Chamitoff, Andrew Feustel, and Roberto Vittori.

The crew was entirely male with six out of six members being men, and consisted of five Americans and one European astronaut from Italy representing the European Space Agency. Demographically, the crew was overwhelmingly white with no Black, Hispanic, or female astronauts represented on the mission.

Most members came from U.S. military backgrounds, particularly Navy and Air Force aviation.

So, yeah, he’s completely full of **it!

This is how the propaganda works. Kelly did exactly what he said would be the “last thing” he would want to do.

Sure, he can pull the bait and switch—not ALL the white guys were Navy test pilots—but was that his point? Or the number 7? He went with six white guys, so it doesn’t count! “I told the truth!”

Come on! The point was “white” and “guys,” not “Navy test pilots.” We all know exactly what he meant. It was a “diversity is our strength” line of crap, not an opportunity to do a Clintonesque “it depends on what the meaning of ‘white guys’ “means.

We could, of course, say “Shame on you, Senator Kelly.” But what’s the point?

He obviously has no shame.
