There’s nothing quite as cheerful as having a reason to take an extra slurp on a Friday night, and, man – this is one of those times.
Nobody deserves to have had his keffiyeh-swathed asterisk catapulted out of this country faster than the despicable Palestinian terrorist loving, Jew and America-hating perpetual student, Mahmoud Khalil. To this administration’s credit, Lord knows they’ve tried from almost the minute they all took office..
But while the liberal activist judge encumbered wheels of justice in this country move slowly, the thing is, they do eventually move. Sometimes even in the direction you were hoping for.
And the repulsive Khalil just got one last step closer to a ticket to ride today.
A FINAL ORDER OF REMOVAL

Contrary to what his fellow terrorist sympathizing buddy insists, Khalil is NOT a ‘New Yorker,’ and, God willing, will not be remaining in New York City for much longer.
Hopefully, that was an open-date ticket the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) bought for the fuzzy scuzzy back when before judges stymied his first removal to Algeria.
An immigration appeals board has issued a final order of removal for anti-Israel protester Mahmoud Khalil, advancing the Trump administration’s effort to deport the Columbia University graduate, according to his legal team.
The Justice Department’s Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) ruled Thursday to deny Khalil’s bid to dismiss the case, marking a significant development in the administration’s push to deport him from the U.S.
Khalil, a 31-year-old lawful permanent resident, has been at the center of a broader federal crackdown on noncitizens involved in anti-Israel campus protests tied to the war in Gaza. He was the first person whose arrest became publicly known as part of the crackdown.
His legal team blasted the decision as “baseless and politically motivated,” arguing the government is retaliating against his speech and lacks evidence to support the case.
Khalil still talking smack.
WAAH
…”My family is here. My life is here. I reject any attempt to intimidate me out of my home based on lies and ideological attacks,” he said. “This is not justice. This is just another attempt to retaliate against me.”
A wolf is sheep’s clothing…
…who has continued to spend his time advocating for terrorists, only now he has the aura of martyred celebrity to go with it.
Can’t boot him out of here soon enough.
One step over the line, sweet Jesus, one step over the line.

There is still the federal court case to muddle through.
…Khalil suffered a significant setback in his federal case earlier this year, with a US appeals panel ruling the judge in New Jersey overstepped his authority by releasing him.
In a 2-1 decision, the panel found that law requires the case to fully move through the immigration courts before Khalil can challenge the decision in federal court.
Khalil’s lawyers are requesting the full appeals panel reconsider the decision.
Earlier this month, they asked one of the appellate panel’s judges to step aside because of his previous role as a top Justice Department official involved in investigating student protesters.
Grinding slowly, but they do grind.
Broken laws when it takes this much time, money and effort to remove a foreign national.

Hopefully, a foreign national who will soon have a ticket to ride…
…all the way back home.
Slàinte mhath!!
