There is another hoax out about an alleged American father who committed one of the most despicable crimes. Except the latest report is that he is not a “Virginia father” at all; he is an illegal alien from Guatemala.
To top it off, the heartbreaking murder of the baby occurred in Fairfax County, Va., which is quickly earning a reputation as a hotspot of illegal alien-committed murder. The county’s sanctuary policies, now backed by new Virginia Democrat Gov. Abigail Spanberger, cause the authorities there to let off foreign criminals from justice over and over.
Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin set the record straight on April 1. “I’m told by two ICE sources that the ‘Virginia father’ charged w/ murdering his 3-month-old infant daughter in Fairfax County, VA is a Guatemalan illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway,” Melugin posted on X. “He is now charged [with] murder & ICE filed detainer.”
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) files detainer requests to take custody of dangerous illegal alien criminals, but unfortunately, Fairfax County authorities have a track record of defying the requests and releasing the criminals anyway.

In the latest case, a medical examiner determined that the 3-month-old baby died of blunt force trauma, indicating that she was a murder victim. WUSA9 reported:
Fairfax County police responded to reports of an unresponsive infant at a home in the 3400 block of Lake Street in Bailey’s Crossroads around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
When they arrived, the infant wasn’t breathing, and police began administering CPR.
After fire and rescue crews arrived, they continued with additional medical efforts before transporting her to a local hospital.
The baby was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police and hospital staff said that they saw signs of abuse during the course of the investigation, and police took the baby’s father, 28-year-old Misael Lopez Gomez, into custody.
Lopez Gomez now faces charges of felony child abuse and second-degree murder. At least he is in jail without bond.
What WUSA9 does not reveal is that Lopez Gomez is an illegal alien. The local outlet referred to him as a “Virginia dad” or “Virginia father” but did not even hint at the fact that he is from another country. I am sure we all remember the “Maryland dad,” Kilmer Abrego Garcia, who turned out to be a human trafficker, domestic abuser, and gang member. Meanwhile, another illegal alien just ended up in handcuffs for stabbing a man to death in Fairfax County. It is one of a string of murders in that county.
As someone who used to work in Fairfax County, and who still has friends who live close by, I am terrified by the string of murders and crimes committed in the last few months by illegal aliens in that Virginia county. I lived in an apartment complex that was overflowing with illegal aliens, mostly Muslims. I watched Republican Virginians get sidelined by huge influxes of illegal aliens, particularly from Afghanistan, and by rich D.C. workers. There is a genuine population — and therefore, political — revolution ongoing in that state.
