California Giving Homeless Illegal Aliens Sex Change Operations – HotAir

I would call this peak woke, but we will never reach peak woke because they will keep inventing new categories of victims to steal money and rights from you to give them. As with the ever-expanding number of letters in the Progress Pride list, the types of victims to be unearthed is endless. 





But this certainly is a new level: creating a program to give free sex change surgeries to transgender homeless illegal aliens. One hopes that they are, as seems likely, “of color” to add yet another category of oppressed people. Throw in “indigenous,” or perhaps terrorist drug-dealing gang members, and liberals will have an orgasm. 

The invaluable Christopher Rufo uncovered the story by doing actual journalism, something that barely exists anymore outside the alternative media. It wasn’t exactly hard to uncover because, as is almost always the case, most of the people involved aren’t exactly hiding what they are doing. It’s just that the Pravda Media is incurious about anything that might make lefties look bad to normal people. 

It all started with a tip. Rufo was informed that homeless illegal aliens were flocking to California to get free sex changes. So he decided to check it out, and sure enough, it’s true. It should be hard to imagine this was true, but then again…California. 





California, despite claiming that no Medicaid money is used for illegal aliens because they are ineligible due to federal rules, does in fact use “state” dollars to provide MediCal coverage; it is a fiction that this is not federal money, since it all comes from the same pot, and that pot is largely federally funded. 

Details. California is proud to break the law, because “Nobody” is above the law, and California identifies as “Nobody,” so it is. 

Among the shelter’s residents was a group of Hondurans who identified as transgender. During our visit to MSC-South, whose executive director did not respond to a request for comment, we spoke with two Honduran men, “Lyca” and “Alondra,” who identified as transgender women. Both indicated that the local government gave them shelter and food.

Lyca, who wore long hair and red lipstick, was candid about this arrangement. He confirmed that he was an illegal immigrant and that the shelter doesn’t ask questions about immigration status. “Tengo Medi-Cal,” he said, referring to the state health-care program, which, under Governor Gavin Newsom, began providing “full scope” coverage to illegal aliens, which includes transgender procedures, or “gender affirming care.” He said he was receiving cross-sex hormone therapy—and bore the physical signs of having done so.

Alondra, a muscular man in a camouflage shirt and dyed hair tied behind his head, said he had been in the United States after claiming asylum. According to the translator, the city government had offered to pay first and second month’s rent on private apartments for him and Lyca. But neither accepted the offer—in Lyca’s case, because he might not be able to pay for the apartment after the second month.

At the Embarcadero SAFE Navigation Center, a city-funded shelter on the eastern waterfront that did not respond to our comment request, we heard similar stories. “Jacqueline”—a self-identified “trans woman” from Mexico living at the shelter who claimed to be a lawful U.S. resident—indicated that there were illegal aliens living in the shelter.

Wearing rouge on his cheeks and a low-cut red shirt, Jacqueline flaunted his large chest. He said that he had gotten transgender hormone treatments, and confirmed that he had received breast implants from the state Medi-Cal program. Though Jacqueline claimed to be a legal resident, he suggested that the state also provides implants to illegal immigrants. “Even though you’re undocumented,” he said, “you can get them.”

“You have to have a process, the hormones . . . go through therapy,” he said. “Es un proceso.”

We asked Jacqueline if he had also completed “bottom surgery,” a type of genital procedure that can involve castrating a male and turning his penile tissue into a “neo-vagina.” San Francisco has multiple clinics that offer bottom surgery, which the state reportedly provides to Medi-Cal recipients, under the theory that it can be a “medical necessity” for those whose gender identity does “not match their gender assigned at birth.”

“Did you do bottom, too? Bottom surgery?” we asked.

“I’m waiting for that one,” Jacqueline replied.





California is bleeding red ink, and its budget has exploded under Gavin Newsom. One of the reasons why is that the state has been expending enormous resources to provide services to illegal aliens. Even with all the corruption and waste in California, it could erase its budget deficit by sticking to its own citizens. 

But what would the homeless indigenous black/brown transgender illegal aliens ever do without California blowing its budget on them? And, as we all know, homeless indigenous black/brown transgender illegal aliens built this country, and without them we would fall behind, starve to death, die without brown people to “wipe our asses,” as Rep. Becca Belint of Vermont aptly put it. Who will ride the high-speed rail when it opens in 2100? 





Well, come to think of it, surgically altered homeless indigenous black/brown transgendered illegal aliens’ kids won’t, because we sterilized them for free, using taxpayer money. 

But you get the point. 

One could say that California is a parody of leftism, but unlike Portlandia as portrayed in the 2010s, going down this path leads to Portland of today. In economic decline, filled with homeless people in the streets, closed storefronts, and people dying in the streets. 

The lengths to which California leftists will go to keep going down this path are impressive. Ask former Representative Swalwell about that. He was sacrificed to ensure that Tom Steyer would become the next governor of the state. 





And you know what that means: more lawlessness.

– Ignore a SCOTUS ruling that allows ICE to utilize to use race, language, job, and location to contribute to “reasonable suspicion” for immigration arrests, and instead, “California should take matters into our own hands and extend legal protections to its residents, despite the federal governments failure.” 

“This is about our right as a state to protect our residents,” Steyer says.

California is bleeding billionaires who fund their government and fuel its economy, but it will keep importing the people who really build our communities. 





Homeless transgender indigenous black/brown illegal aliens. Its future depends on it.
