Chris Saxman, former delegate in the Virginia General Assembly and publisher of the Virginia FREE business newsletter, and Zach Werrell, campaign architect for then-economics professor Dave Brat’s upset victory over Rep. Eric Cantor in 2014, tell us what they think this all means.
