It’s good to see the Pravda Media finally doing some serious investigative journalism. 

For years, they have fallen down on the job, either ignoring stories that should get wall-to-wall coverage or actively covering up stories that would blow the lid off the Democrats’ scams. 





Then there are the hoaxes. Oh, the hoaxes. 

Now, though, the entire media complex has mobilized as if they are storming Normandy Beach. 

Granted, the sealing of the Reflecting Pool is one of the most important stories of the decade, which explains why it has displaced the room on air that, say, the Rape Gang report in the UK might have taken up, or the Tulsi Gabbard revelations about Dr. Fauci’s perjury before Congress. 

CNN has been on this story like flies on excrement, even testing the water in order to prove that Donald Trump has completely screwed up the cleaning and sealing of this national monument on the Mall. 





Happening RIGHT NOW – DC police have started making FELONY ARRESTS after green-haired liberals entered into the reflecting pool and began dumping loads of LIVE ALGAE into it.

They’re also intentionally PEELING PAINT from the pool as Antifa anarchists cause chaos on dirt bikes in an attempt to distract #lawenforcement

We’re told law enforcement from the area is descending on the pool now.

The Left has mobilized to keep the story in the news, too, by actively dumping algae into the water, attacking the sealant and ripping it out, and even protesting in favor of algae, which you have to admit is totally on-brand. They were for algae before they were against it or something. 

The Reflecting Pool story is tailor-made for our Pravda Media, because it combines several elements that are like catnip to them. 

First, it is an opportunity to trash Donald Trump, which is one of their key goals in life. 

Second, it is the easiest story in the world to cover, since the Reflecting Pool is exactly where they have massive resources to deploy without spending any money or doing any real work. They just walk over to the Mall and do live shots there. 





Third, there are tons of crazies to keep the “controversy” going, without dealing with any dangers from rioters. There are cops and National Guard troops everywhere, so while the visuals aren’t as exciting as riots outside an ICE facility, the advantage is safety, and spending hours outside in the sunlight in one of the most beautiful places in Washington, D.C., far outweighs the lower excitement.

Somalian fraud was complicated, concentrated in the middle of the country, and made Democrats look bad, so minimal coverage for that. The Reflecting Pool is simple, easy to frame as a Trump failure, and furthers The Narrative™. 

Now that there seems to be a spate of vandalism, this story also has the advantage of sticking around for a while for occasional updates as repairs are made, further proving that Trump screwed the pooch. If the job was so great, then why does it need repairs? 

Sometime soon, the initial frenzy will fade, but expect to be treated to occasional updates as the repairs go forward and a slow news day (do we have those anymore?) gives the media an opportunity to combine an afternoon in the sun with a story to make Trump look bad. 





We live in stupid times.
